M2E’s founding team represents a mixture of seasoned business management, leadership, technology development, and experience in target markets.

President David Rowe brings extensive leadership and execution-oriented management skills, having served as Lt. Colonel in the United States Army. As a career military officer, Rowe has been responsible for large-scale Special Operations projects globally, managing teams numbering in the thousands while coordinating operations, logistics, budgeting, program management, strategy development, and team building. He has an intimate familiarity with the military’s initiatives to find battery replacements and will spearhead M2E’s efforts in this area.

Inventor Eric Yarger—co-inventor of the core processes used at M2E Power—has 25 years of engineering and management experience.. He has served at the Idaho National Laboratory (INL) for nearly 20 years, specializing in power generation, with projects involving electric power grid vulnerability, electric hybrid vehicles and battery test programs as well as nuclear reactor control. Eric holds two patents with seven others pending in areas such as magnetic coil design and generators.

Product Development Manager Bill Fraker has more than 25 years experience in business development and real-time systems engineering. He has served in executive management roles ranging from CTO, VP Technology, Technical Director, Marketing Director, Program Manager and Systems Architect, guiding business and technical efforts within numerous startups and Fortune 100 companies. He has contributed to the development of systems-engineered solutions for both products and manufacturing automation at Sharp, Texas Instruments, Shell, General Motors, Cummins, and Rockwell.

Licensing and Business Development Director Regan Warner-Rowe brings 10 years experience as an executive managing global technology transfer in emerging economies for PATH (a Gates foundation-funded international technology transfer organization). Her expertise ranges from technology licensing and partnership management to market research, marketing plan development, and project management.

Operations Manager Jim Gutierrez brings to M2E over 24 years of experience in the high-tech industry, overseeing R&D, OEM business development, marketing, sales and technical support. While studying graphic arts at UCLA, Gutierrez became involved with new advancements in computer imaging and ultimately led development of graphic imaging technology solutions and processes in a variety of management roles at Xerox, Linotype AG, Adobe Systems and Hewlett-Packard. As an R&D manager, Jim has led numerous product teams across different geographic regions through product life cycles as well as facilitating new product concepts with his teams. With his experiences, Jim represented several prestigious companies at various technical conferences and press events.

Kiman Lucas, J.D. (Legal and Licensing) - Ms. Lucas brings 25 years of experience in corporate and legal affairs working with a wide range of business in the technology and media sectors. She has served as General Counsel for several companies including Classmates Online, Inc. (one of the first and largest personal networking Internet sites), PATH (Gates foundation funded international technology transfer organization), and Profit Financial (publicly traded financial publications company). Kiman has managed large intellectual property portfolios and has led legal teams in a wide variety of successful intellectual property litigation. She is experienced at providing strategic legal advice and has previously managed investor relations, human resources, intellectual property, and corporate development as well as legal tasks. She has a JD from Northwestern School of Law and a BA in International Relations.
